Now the tallest structures in the city, Miro's twin towers bring 630 units to downtown San Jose, fusing the art of spatial storytelling with the commitment to bettering downtown.
Miro is a 28-story high-rise mixed-use residential project sited in San Jose. Directly across from city hall, the 1.42 acre site stretches along E. Santa Clara Street between 4th and 5th streets. The towers sit atop a parking structure with four levels of above-grade, three levels of below grade parking, and a landscaped roof with pool deck and amenities for residents use. The ground level of the parking structure is programmed with approximately 15,000 SF of retail along E. Santa Clara Street wrapping around to 4th and 5th Streets. Grand entry lobbies face E. Santa Clara Street and 4th Street, with a shared apartment entry lobby to off of E. Santa Clara Street that leads to double-height flex/retail space anchored at the southwest corner on level three.
The two towers share design DNA, with alternating balconies, clad with the same window wall and curtain wall systems, while retaining their unique identities. The rooftop at the West Tower will feature amenities for indoor/outdoor social gatherings and private events with seating, while the East Tower will feature outdoor seating and fitness. Each rooftop will be landscaped and offer surrounding views. Together, the towers will become an iconic part of the San Jose downtown skyline.
