Located at an exclusive Residential Subdivision in the province of Rizal, the Mirasol Residence offers genuine tropical design features without compromising privacy and security. A fusion of tropical wood and metal finish laid out in a modern brutalist form. The South-facing frontage of the project dictates the window design to be narrow and high, close to the eaves preventing direct sunlight but allowing natural ambient light to flood the interior.
The open plan combined with a high ceiling design made the interior look more spacious despite the narrow size of the lot. Half of the house facing East is a void, lined with high windows acting as a clerestory, inviting cool morning sun inside.
