The romance of the ocean is something Ocean City, Maryland left behind long ago. This Art Deco inspired 91 key hotel is changing that while establishing a new level of sophistication for the resort town. The clean white façade is dotted by bursts of turquoise glass on the railing’s of the many balconies. On the corner of Baltimore and 15th Streets the white façade is gently interrupted by glazing to reveal a ’15,’ incorporating signage into the very structure of the hotel. The long standing Ocean City restaurant The Captain’s Table is located on the third floor of the hotel off the main lobby. Meanwhile Miramar, a 12-unit condominium occupies the building’s top level. The contemporary design allows for interior and exterior flow affording guests a boutique hotel experience.
