The project includes modernization and expansion
of MIPLAST works (plastics processing plant). The project started in
2004 and was initiated by private Investor who took over the company.
Till 2004 the works consisted of buildings from the 60’s and 70’s
of the 20th
century. Development plans referred both to modernization of
production technology in the company and to adaptation of facilities
to the new technology. Architectural project included the design of
the main building (administration and production) and the hall of
plastics processing. The project contains a range of architectural,
technical and technological solutions that application was crucial to
retain comfort and aesthetics of designed buildings but above all to
adapt new objects to current requirements and standards. The project
