A commission to design two detached houses for a developer in the Leslieville area. The house was design for an imaginary young professional couple with children.
The third floor has been setback creating an illusion of a shorter building and at the same time creating a private outdoor patio for the master bedroom.
A simple rectangular frame was created on the front elevation that also act as an entry canopy. The first floor contains the more public spaces while second and third floor are the bedrooms. The covered garage is located at the back and accessible through a back alley.
