Carte blanche , no constraints were imposed by the clients, an artist & an internationally renowned Swiss composer and conductor; other than to have lots of storage space and that from the workspace they can view the most beautiful mountains in the region.
The monastic space is divided by a corridor of wooden cedar slats according to the rhythm of the principle of the Fibonacci sequence . Ralph Germann custom designed cupboards, doors, tables, kitchen units and library for the apartment. The idea was to create a place "calm and quiet ", hence the use of simple materials.
