The project is located on KM80 on Suez-Za’farana road, 90 minutes of Greater Cairo in Egypt; constructed over 9 acres conveniently located by 1200 meters of long private sandy beach directly overlooking the Red Sea with .
The project consists of 25 apartment’s buildings, each of 6 units of 100 sqm. and 3 duplex buildings each of 230 sqm. Divided into two main clusters, each with 14 buildings all have a perfect view not only over looking the sea but also on the central landscape, adult Jacuzzi, infinity pool and kids area and pool.
The landscape has followed the stepped topographic nature of the site creating platforms on the level of landscape and infinity pools and stepped gardens for the softscape enriching the user’s experience and widening the view from each point of the site.
The project incorporates simple colors and materials palette; grey palette was chosen for exterior façades from dark to light grey paint colors to give fresh and simple feeling of the place. On the other hand, natural rough stone finish was added for some parts of the façades to give the building its interesting character with its shade and texture variations, also a visual experience within the non-uniform and rough nature.
For the interior, We use simple but elegant materials and colors; the interior walls with daisy white paint while the flooring with Triesta marble to approach the elegancy and simplicity at the same time with its sandy color veins. This type of finishes suit most of the owners’ taste.
