Mimosa Project – Residential Villas
The Mimosa project is part of a residential development of 72 villas, articulated through four distinct typologies. The architectural intent was to create interiors capable of accommodating diverse lifestyles while expressing a warm, elegant, and timeless atmosphere.
Materiality lies at the heart of the project. Subtle ceramic tiles are paired with wood elements that bring softness and warmth, while delicate moldings structure the volumes and reinforce the residential character of the spaces. Together, these elements create interiors that feel both composed and inviting.
Each villa unfolds across three levels. The basement is conceived as a hybrid space, combining service areas with a more refined wellness zone, including a gym with bathroom, a kitchenette, and a TV lounge.
The ground floor is structured around a double-height entrance that anchors the living spaces. Kitchen, dining room, and living areas flow seamlessly into a generous double lounge, opening onto the garden, terrace, and swimming pool, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior.
The upper floor is dedicated to rest and privacy, housing four suites, including a master suite with a spacious dressing room.
The interior architecture is defined by a balance between restraint and comfort, where proportions, materials, and architectural details come together to create elegant yet approachable living spaces.
