Located in arguably the best street in Windosr, we are developing 20 apartments. Designed by JCBA, the Milk intention was to be evocative, like a butterfly. “JCBA compared their design to a butterfly, with its wings (shutters) continually opening and closing in response to the weather,” says Jonty
The apartments are spread across four levels behind a striking facade with perforated steel shutters. With most apartments orientated to the north each apartment was able to draw on fantastic internal light and amenity.
Timber soffits and limed timber shutters create a slightly worn patina, giving the development a sense of history, rather than appearing the ‘new kid on the block’. “It’s the first time we’ve worked with JCBA. They have a distinctive signature which fits perfectly with our boutique approach,” adds Dean Rzechta.
