Concept

The Dover Heights property was advertised as a beautiful single storey home with a great potential for rebuilt or upwards extension. Our client’s brief was to subdivide the parcel to create two three storey semi-detached dwellings, each one having with a double garage, pool, sauna, 4 bedrooms and a rooftop terrace to enjoy the view of the city and harbour.
