Househam Henderson were appointed to prepare a scheme for a luxury residential development for the elderly in a conservation area of Winchester.
Works included the conversion of an existing Victorian house into 4 large apartments together with 23 new build houses and apartments. The project also included courtyard gardens, an underground parking and a management suite.
HH were responsible for public consultations, meetings with the local authority and close liaison with the local residents.
