Human connectivity was the starting point for the architecture and interior design project of Microsoft Portugal’s building, focusing on maximizing well-being and human interaction.
Through the spatial reconstruction of the building's interior comprising four floors, it was possible to promote encounters and collaboration in a comfortable and informal environment, along with a sense of harmony between man and technology.
The introduction of textures and details of Portuguese culture defines the space, making it original and unique, in opposition to the trend of global standardization.
The workplace has a total of 1048 seats, distributed over more than 500 workstations and 105 rooms, including Phone Booths, Focus Rooms, Conference Rooms and Multipurpose Rooms, besides a restaurant and a coffee shop, social areas and a breath-taking view over the Tagus River.
