Tenant improvements for a new french bakery, updating facilities to accommodate new equipment and reflect the company's brand with a clean and modern, yet rustic and accessible aesthetic. Located in the Los Angeles Farmer's Market on Fairfax Ave. the updated design for the bakery is modern yet acknowledges the historic nature of its surroundings. Products are beautifully displayed in minimal glass enclosures on the concrete dining counter. A simple material palette of concrete, reclaimed wood, and glass allows the bakery's products to be the star. Subtle shifts in elevation provide accessibility and differentiate areas for sales and dining.
