The site is long and narrow with a terrain that falls towards the south. The conditions of the site provides clear guidelines for the position and design, giving a house with a width of about 6 m and length of about 24 m. Large pine trees are preserved, making the house visually inconspicuous from the sea. The main construction is masonry and steel. External walls are plastered Leca Isoblokk and corrugated aluminum. All floor surfaces are coated with travertine/marble, without moldings, which reinforces the minimalist idiom. The result is a modern residence that requires minimal maintenance with energy-friendly systems like heat pump, central heating systems, balanced ventilation system with heat exchange and lots of glass letting in light and scenery from outside.
