A visionary developer recognized an opportunity to turn a 28-acre, centrally located, derelict area of downtown Miami into a vibrant mixed-use development. From the project’s earliest stages, we were part of a core team of consultants, planners, and architects tasked with articulating this vision into a sense of place. We immersed ourselves in the city’s vibrancy and rhythms, realizing the unique opportunities Miami and this massive site presented. We developed a compelling value proposition from which to drive all marketing efforts. We created a name and brand identity for the development and a suite of marketing materials, including traditional print and digital materials aimed at both professional and general audiences.
