Vision
The proposed high-rise residential tower for Miami is envisioned as a vertical sanctuary—a synthesis of fluid, white, and dynamic architecture that rises from the cityscape like a sculpted cloud. Embracing the same ethos of movement, light, and organic elegance as the art museum concept, the tower amplifies Miami's relationship with its coastal environment and cosmopolitan culture.
Design Concept
Fluid White Silhouette:
The tower's façade undulates in graceful waves, evoking the rhythm of ocean tides and Miami's breezy skyline. Its pure white skin reflects intense sunlight, creating a shimmering presence by day and a glowing beacon after dark.
Dynamic Verticality with Multi-Level Terraces & Balconies:
Cantilevered terraces and sculpted balconies are woven into every level, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. Residents enjoy panoramic views of city, bay, and ocean from generous private and communal outdoor spaces.
Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living:
Each residence is designed with expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, ensuring evolving plays of natural light. Sliding doors and open-plan layouts enable effortless movement from interior rooms to outdoor retreats, fostering a strong connection to Miami’s climate and scenery.
