Downtown should be a place where citizens and visitors identify with the city. The project aim is to create this link by placing a media library and meeting place for entrepreneurs to promote future public and private initiatives. The building would develop a program for the exchange of knowledge and ideas, facilitating the meeting between entrepreneurs in the field of new applied technologies to respond to the new challenges of our society. An open vision to the interaction of knowledge and initiatives both locally and globally about science, business, art, technology, humanities... The building takes the form of an arc as a new icon Miami. The project goes out of the limits and gets into the sea as a bridge between the present and the future. Symbol of gate to knowledge that, would become a new meeting point, a new agora for the city.
