Mi Cocina

Highland, CA, United States

YEAR
2011
SIZE
3000 sqft - 5000 sqft
Mi Cocina has been a Highland institution for decades. The family-owned and operated restaurant saw the development of San Manuel Village as an opportunity to relocate and grow their business, while keeping the same great food and family-friendly atmosphere.

Mi Cocina shares the central multi-tenant building at San Manuel Village with Sportswatch Bar + Grill. Side by side, the two restaurants generate synergy and provide dining options for local residents, as well as guests of the nearby Hampton Inn & Suites and employees of the Corporate Center. Reminiscent of traditional adobe construction, the interior features rich earth tone veneer plaster, wood beams and viga tails, and imported, hand painted Mexican tile and sinks.
