AAI Architects, Inc. was the Architect-of-Record Team for Block C of this mixed-use development that was designed by a team of international design architects including KPF, Studio Daniel Libeskind, Murphy/Jahn and The Rockwell Group. This 6,000,000 sf project includes retail, residential and hotel buildings in addition to a 10-level parking structure and 1-level subterranean parking structure, as well as an Automated People Mover. As the first and largest LEED-Certified project in Nevada, the MGM Mirage CityCenter features a variety of sustainable design initiatives including a natural gas co-generation plant, and water conservation technology and programs that will save water within the buildings and in the outdoor landscaping.
