M & G Villa is located in Muhammad Shahr, in a land with an area of 760 square meters and a width of 16.80 meters and a length of 45.30 meters.
Initially, the design of the villa was about 150 square meters and the roofed terrace of 25 square meters. Due to the having 20 years old walnut trees in the site, problems arose in locating the building which caused removing the walnut trees. Therefore, it was decided to divide the initial volumes in two volumes and movement of two volumes in proportion to the initial volume and respect for the existing condition of the trees and not removing them. The opening up of space led to creation of two yards, one modern yard in front and another traditional yard at the end for planting fruit trees and vegetables.
Among the main features of this project are the lighting of all the spaces, especially the bedrooms at the end of the villa, attending the villa shell, which causes the creation of the benches to sit and enjoying the pool and terrace space, the sense of movement and dynamism throughout the project, the lack of useless spaces and experiencing a different sense in each part of the villa, putting together the modern spaces alongside more traditional spaces, the design and implementation of a dragged pool in front of the window of living space and kitchen in order to reflect the light from the surface of the pool to the space of the house in some hours of day and creating a different sensation in space, putting together water and plants and living Area to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere
A walnut tree extending from the roof of the terrace, implants a modern experience and backyard implants an experience like the private central courtyard with a harvesting plant, and nostalgic atmosphere.
Among the different items of experiences of using this villa, the bedrooms engaged with the quiet atmosphere to the backyard and the halls engaged with the modern spaces and the lively front spaces can be mentioned.
This project represents the dynamics, movement and interference of modern and traditional issues.
