The complex centers upon a 48-story apartment tower set atop a 4-story podium containing parking, a residential lobby, leasing offices, and commercial lease space. The elliptical form of the tower pushes to the front (SW) corner of the site, allowing the tower to engage the street and bring focus to the retail and lobby spaces along the first floor. Internal parking rising five stories inside the core, is screened from view by the residential units wrapping the lower floors along the two primary streets. The rich aesthetic of the lobby - punctuated by a custom plaster and terrazzo circular staircase - is carried up into the 6th and 38th floor amenity areas, which include fully featured exterior spaces that wrap around the interiors. The building’s 444 upscale residences include studios, convertibles, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, and nine two-story townhomes on the fourth and fifth floors.
