A very busy boutique hotel along the beltway was in need of an
overhaul to create a more contemporary and inviting feel. KDA,
along with Millennium Design Architects, was engaged as the Architect of Record for both the exterior facade and the interior corridor renovations. The exterior facade involved changing an out
dated 80’s style elevation to a stucco exterior with tall cornice trim
and stone veneer at the base. The dramatic changes brought the
building up to date and gave it a more friendly and welcoming appearance.
