In the design of the building's facade, efforts have been made to utilize two distinct layers: one completely transparent made of glass and the other a semi-transparent layer with solid and void surfaces of stretch metal. This approach aims to control the intense sunlight's impact on the facade, considering the specific climatic conditions (situated in a hot and dry climate), which helps prevent the overheating of the interior space while not obstructing the view from inside to outside. The creation of green space (using various plant species) on the first-floor roof, alongside the irregular and rigid metal shell, will provide a beautiful contrast between the hard shell and the softness of the plants.
