Merkez Ankara rises in a strategic location surrounded by the Atatürk Cultural Center and the new Ankara High-Speed Train Station, positioning itself as one of the symbolic focal points of the capital. Bringing together the historical and contemporary layers of the city, this comprehensive masterplan redefines the dynamics of modern urban life by integrating diverse functions within a unified spatial framework. The design approach, which addresses office, retail, residential, and social spaces as an interconnected whole, aims to provide a rich and layered urban experience for its users.
The Merkez Ankara project presents an innovative design vision that enriches the lives of both its users and the citizens of Ankara by offering social, cultural, and recreational amenities through a pedestrian-oriented, sustainable, and contemporary urban proposal. Residential blocks are designed in a wide range of typologies, from 1+1 to 5+1 units, responding to diverse living scenarios while contributing to the city skyline. This spatial organization, centered on user experience, provides an aesthetic and functional response to the requirements of modern life. Integrated green spaces and elevated gardens establish a strong relationship between urban living and nature, reinforcing environmental continuity within the dense urban context.
As a living center that shapes the future of the city, Merkez Ankara offers a contemporary contribution to Ankara’s architectural identity. Designed in harmony with the city’s dynamic structure, the project prioritizes user experience and aspires to establish a new culture of urban living.
