Masterplanning and Design Guidelines for 1,500 hectare new industrial estate for LandCorp to serve Perth's growing North corridor.
Individual buildings by others, which we review through our role as Estate Architect. Sustainable initiatives include natural ventilation, daylight, street setbacks, building scale and street presence, active facades, parking and access and much more.
These Design Guidelines which we co-authored were the leading benchmark when first published in 2010 and have been updated since and copied by others including the micro-climate zone in the side setbacks.
By end of 2018 16 buildings have been developed by lot owners.
