Mercy Health System
GA-A was retained by MHS in 2005 to provide utilization and analysis services at their Pittsburgh medical campus. The goals: conduct an overview of buildings, including user groups and expansion needs, building and code deficiencies, and areas of operational concern. Working with MHS' personnel, recommendations were made and presented to the Executive Committee. GA-A has since worked with MHS, before and after their merger with UPMC, to execute these recommendations and on other projects.
