With a limited budget and tight schedule, one of our retail clients asked us to renovate their property on Mercer street in Sheung Wan while maintaining its native architectural style. Originally a residential area, Mercer and adjunct streets have slowly transformed into a new region of small retails stores and restaurants. The design team proposed a three dimension tile that’s designed digitally and manufactured at a Southern China factory.
