The facility will be approximately 920,000 total SF of office and distribution space. There will be around 700,000 SF of space for long term storage and sequencing and 200,000 SF of space used for transfers and quick ship. There will be 10,000 SF for the main office as well as four 2,500 SF management pods within the warehouse space. The building design will allow 260 overhead dock door positions with 130 doors to be used immediately and the rest for future access. All overhead dock doors will be equipped with weather shelters, dock levelers, lights, and truck restraints.
