The urban rehabilitation proposal is based on the concept of "border", where we study what this word represents in the community, how it affects its inhabitants directly and indirectly, and how it can be used as a means to improve the quality of life of the community.
A physical, social and natural analysis of the area was developed to determine these effects and how, through logical - architectural thinking, the identified indicators are reversed to give a reinterpretation of the problem that acts in favor of the needs of the inhabitants.
This area is the object of millions of pesos a year in public investment, it should be clarified that this is not synonymous with a better quality of life, in fact, it seems that no matter how much investment is awarded to it, it does not contribute anything to the social and economic dynamics of the colonies, this is due to the fact that multiple projects are presented in response to the wrong questions.
