On July 17th 2007, the Airbus A320 tried to land on the Congonhas airway, at the time raining,  in his attempt to take off and  try again, he crashed in a building and a gas station next to the airport, with a total of 199 fatal victims. So this memorial is to rescue the story and honor of those 199 that left behind there children, wifes, husbands...
