Departing from the tradition of sustainability and integration with nature consolidated by all Membeca developments, the new Membeca Águas condominium offers important innovations in a unique location. Designed on the site of an old farm neighboring other projects of the group, Membeca Águas takes advantage of the sinuosity of the site and its dam in the creation of a community focused on the appreciation of a life closer to nature, without giving up technical solutions that guarantee the comfort and sustainability of the project. The exceptional position of the site guarantees total privacy to its residents and stunning views without obstructing the landscape.
Membeca Águas is located in the municipality of Paraíba do Sul and can be easily accessed from Rio de Janeiro through the region of Secretário, in the city of Petrópolis. Both Secretário and the neighborhood of the site offer a large variety of shops, restaurants and farmers’ markets, which ensure the adequate supply of amenities for all Membeca units. From organic food to farm products, in tune with the concept of the projecy, the region of the project is prepared to meet the most diverse tastes.
The trip between the Southern Zone (Zona Sul) of Rio de Janeiro and the projects lasts approximately two and a half hours, and is made largely by highway BR-040 (Washington Luiz Highway), passing through local stretches of dirt roads in excellent condition, which reinforce the privacy of the site.
With lots with area starting in 20.000m2, the project implements a special concept: “living in a park”. Investing in the area’s vocation for activities related to nature (hiking, biking, among others), Membeca Águas creates within itself a large linear park that interconnects the dam and the summit of its main hill. The absence of buildings at the top of the land visually enhances the development and offers its residents a natural environment without pairs in the state.
Another important aspect is the way the houses were located throughout the site, with the least impact possible on the terrain. Privileging a landscaping closer to the natural conditions of the Atlantic Rain Forest, the project takes advantage of the vegetation to create scenic views and limits that do not bother the eye and bring the residents closer to nature.
