The Melbourne Convention Center Development is pivotal to the evolving growth of the city and a catalyst for downtown redevelopment. Achieving a 6 Star Green Star Energy Rating (the first of its type and scale), it is recognized as a world leader in sustainable design.

The new Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center is an iconic infrastructure project adjoining the existing exhibition centers and Docklands precinct, creating active and vital pubic waterfront. At the hub is a large, flexible multi-function hall with seating for 5,000. The space can be subdivided into different-sized rooms depending on the size or type of function.
