Originally built in 1910, this historic Mediterranean Revival home was extensively remodeled in 1922 by Bebb and Gould Architects for U.S. Senator Elijah Grammar. The layout remained relatively unchanged from the 1922 remodel. Our clients requested to update all systems and modernize the spatial arrangement and aesthetics of the home while still maintaining the home’s original character and charm. While not a historically registered project, the home’s presence in the community has earned landmark reputation.
