The service centre in the building with its affiliated medical clinic offers medical practice areas on four floors for doctors already resident in Biberach as well as space for retail businesses.
In the final configuration of this building, all important medical fields and related ancillary facilities, a radiology-medical practice and a pharmacy are integrated.
The result for the patient offers the advantages of interdisciplinary diagnostics and various options in one house.
The location of Biberach is also further strengthened in the medical sector by the concentration of specialists in a centre between Ulm and Ravensburg.
The plant and systems built by Scherr+Klimke GmbH were developed and realised with the individual acceptance of responsibility of this project by order of the investor group IVP2.
