A four-story medical office building with 270 health care practitioner offices, 59 departments and expanded waiting and exam room area. This new construction is part of a multi-phase project that includes a new replacement hospital on the 37-acre site.
Inviting outdoor courtyards, gardens and landscaping with walkways and corridors on the perimeter of the building allow for plenty of natural light into the facility.
The design of Replacement Facility, Phase 1,won an Excellence in Structural Engineering Award for a high-performance earthquake-resisting design from the Structural Engineers Association of Northern California.
