The Dermatology Medical Center is located on the high ground floor of the Situla building, consisting of a spacious entrance hall and multiple clinics. The customer-oriented clinics and offices are lined along the southern side of the building, benefiting from direct natural light. The central area comprises laser treatment rooms and service spaces, where natural light is not essential. The medical center also includes a larger multipurpose space for organizing various workshops and seminars.
The entrance hall is designed with ample space, featuring a reception desk in the central area. Within the hall, there is a small tea kitchen and a display of cosmetic products for sale. It also houses a waiting area with multiple seating clusters. From the reception area, a funnel-shaped hallway provides access to individual clinics. The office space is entirely glazed, allowing additional illumination of the central corridor.
The guiding principles in the design of the spaces were good functional connectivity, appropriate lighting, and a connection to dermatological activities. The interior predominantly uses skin-toned colors derived from the industry. Specific accents in the space are in dark tones and coordinated with the color of the facade. Great attention was also given to the artificial lighting of the spaces, emphasizing the architectural design of the area.
The ambiance is further reinforced by graphic elements featuring fingerprint motifs, emphasizing the dermatological focus and connection to the skin.
