The Managing Director of the Hauff Media Company Group, Mr. Walter Hauff, came to us with the request to work out and implement a concept for the spatial consolidation of the scattered parts of the business.
The new construction of the Hauff Media House is an example of the result of the effective interaction of the highly specialised and qualified employees of the Scherr+Klimke Group.
Within the scope of overall responsibility for the architecture, construction, technical expansion and implementation, the company had to satisfy the highest aesthetic quality as well as a tight cost structure and very ambitious schedule stipulations. After a six-month planning phase and a ten-month construction time, the new construction consisting of a two-storey main office building as well as a massive production hall and warehouse was ready for occupation. The developer placed greatest value on the flexibility and expandability of his company; we have complied with this request with the execution of partition walls in the office in lightweight construction, as well as planned trouble-free expandability.
