A sculpted frontal wall is provided as a visual barrier between the Neighbors at the Northern corner of the site and the house, where the main entrance is flanked by a reflecting water surface on either side celebrating the house sanctity.
The Architectural Language inaugurating a 25 years’ experience in contextual house design dialogue. The present approach is a contemporary design, yet very sympathetic to the immediate environment and the locale context. The art of natural Stone choice and treatment in cladding vertically “walls” and horizontally “walking surfaces” carved the volumes to in a minimalist approach. A harmonious volumetric roof treatment combination “red tile roofs with hipped natural zinc attics” is deliberately used to regulate the house scale as a whole.
Large aperture opening to living spaces and bedrooms, Double glazed aluminum panels oriented to the views and natural light, with sliding metal wood louvers, and roller shutters for privacy and protection.
The exterior treatment and surfaces are carried to the house interior at the main Gallery to compliment the house from within. The interiors surfaces reflect the contemporary design approach and provide a calm and comfortable spatial experience.
The Outdoors Parking and the Guest House pavilion, are tucked in the site as a one level with landscaped roof terrace and pergolas combination to unify the concept language and will have a minimum impact to the main house views clarity.
