For the creation of the unified ensemble on the “Russkie Samotsvety” Ltd. territory the project provided for the reconstruction of the existing blocks with storage increasing from 3-4 to 7 storeys. The main constructional scheme of the complex is reinforced
The building facades are designed in the inventive forms of the modern architecture with contemporary facing materials. Ceramic granite and «Alucobond» aluminium composite panels made upon the ventilated façade system as well as the stained-glass windows are used for the walls decoration.
