The aim of the project was to conceive a new type of retail unit as a start in the chain centered on sales and distribution of fresh and cured meat and poultry. The single-floor structure comprises meat retail and preparation units as well as a separate general retail space. Located on a narrow irregular site, the wedged form has a steel construction covered with metal panels. The streamlined golden sheath encloses the customer area, facing the street, with entrance incised in the corner. Service areas and access are oriented to the back, covered in raw, dark red sheath that envelops the back wall and the roof.
