"Almost diluted in landscape architecture is revealed gradually to prying eyes. His private and discreet façade houses a lively and exciting interior. Trees create spaces, draw the shape, assist in feedback of the work and protect the residents - participating in life. The architecture involves the exuberance of this green heritage still undervalued and often discarded by the false need for more space. Architecture and structure does not deny, dialogue and harmonize. The rustic material employees bring personal memories, warmth and peace to customers that enhance life in contact with nature. "

Located 20 minutes from São José dos Campos - SP, the plot of 1.400m ² uphill and discreet raw eyes stood out especially for architects by the existence of several native trees intertwine and provoke a sense of visual continuity with the area environmental protection to the back of the lot. Amid this bucolic landscape of rainforest-located to ME HOUSE who sought to maximize the use of the qualities of nature and minimize the impact on her.
Designed for a childless couple concerned about the vertical city, uncontrolled increase of traffic, visual, environmental and noise pollution, the family home was meant to renew the quality of life and facilitate interaction. The program grew out of each hobby owners. For it was an important contact with the plants, formalized in gardens all around the house and are cared for him personally and for the other country kitchen working family memories.
The starting point of the project was the tree that stood between the two input blocks.
The formalized in two pavilions perpendicular to each other in a contemporary and clean language plan allowed environments all have views of the gardens outside favoring both cross ventilation and abundant natural lighting. The integration of both visual and physical environments through large glass panels that make up the internal facades allows full view of the whole house. The facade to the street is formed by two symmetrical cubes that instigate the curiosity without exposing residents.
The coverage of a single piece was performed with structure and thermo metal tiles allowing large spans with low inclination, undercoverage in blanket glass wool thermal inertia and enhances the acoustics.
The selection of finishing materials followed the concept of practicality, warmth and visual unity. In the social area dominated by ceramic finishes with a touch of exposed concrete as the flooring Portobello Shop, Model Concretíssyma portland embossed line 60x120cm - contrasting with the brick demolition. The gourmet kitchen and grill ceramic tile line Retro River were also installed 20x20cm mix of Portobello Shop. The lining of wood - cedar mixed - in the kitchen area indicates the transition between blocks and accentuates the simplicity of the cover. In the intimate area hardwood flooring - darkened Guajuvira - brings warmth and calm. Each bathroom has been customized with special features for glass tiles and joinery has been carefully designed and detailed by the office to be functional and lightweight.
