The main focus
of this project was inspired by a painting the client had received as a gift
which has great sentimental value to him.
I-Beam
incorporate the abstract artwork composed of vibrant reds and pinks into new
built-in cabinetry. The cabinets accommodate the client’s large collection of
CDs, DVDs and state of the art entertainment system along with his collection
of ceramics and miscellaneous objects. The cabinet doors are painted to reflect
the colors in the painting, and the painting itself serves as a door within the
cabinet system.
All other
cabinetry in the apartment was custom built to the client’s needs.
