A major
refurbishment of an existing historic 1930’s ‘grand’ building houses the
agencies 300 staff. Designed over four levels, new open-plan offices are
juxtaposed with formal and informal breakout spaces, including a night-club-bar
and video-enhanced, agency cafe. Spaces move seamlessly from classic elegance
and industrially chic to art house and the playfully underground.
