The house is located in a gated community on the outskirts of the city of Buenos Aires, characterized by having similar dimension lots that face one their faces to an artificial lagoon. The lot where the house is located has the particularity of being oriented towards one of the canals that connect the smaller lagoon that surrounds the neighborhood, with the large mirror of water of the district complexes. This gives an uninterrupted visual of more than two kilometers. This last characteristic is the organizing concept of the project and it is realized by means of a curved path linking the street access with the lagoon towards broader visuals. It acts as the backbone around which the ground floor, a social area and opened to the visual and the upstairs, is organized around a central terrace garden, and with concrete opaque surfaces around the outer perimeter.
