The
site for this development is located in the elegant environs of the Mayfair
conservation area in the heart of London.
This magnificent new build residence has been designed in classical
Georgian style, adhering strictly to Palladian principles of proportion and
aesthetics. Currently there is a small
two storey dwelling on the site, which is both out of character and
proportion with its neighbours and detracts from the street scene. The facade of the new townhouse has been
designed to re-instate a coherent, harmonious rhythm with the adjacent
properties and bring about a sense of symmetry and elegance that befits a
development of this stature. Behind
the classical facade, we have created a sophisticated, modern house over 8
stories that delivers a spatial and aesthetic finesse of refined grandeur.
The design is the last word in luxury and incorporates state of the art
