Expansion of Retail 3rd, 4th, 5th floors, Building + Facade Restoration.As a repeat client we continued with Max Mara on 68th street and Madison Avenue (completed the original store in 1994) to build out the balance of the building. We were the project managers and architects for the renovation of the 2nd through 5th floors of this landmark building. Our scope of work includes a new elevator in the rear of the building and build out of over 10,000 square feet. In addition we are expanding the retail on the ground floor as well. This work was done in conjunction with Max Mara’s design team Duccio Grassi Architects in Italy.
