In a beautiful landscape in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, we were invited to design a set of buildings intended to house various infrastructures throughout the developing park. Among these structures, the Restaurant by the Lake stands out, aiming to provide visitors with a memorable dining experience complemented by a stunning view.
The challenge lies in creating architecture that further enhances the natural beauty of the environment. The geographical terrain features gentle elevations and slopes that are almost imperceptible while walking, offering a constantly changing visual experience along the way.
The restaurant's design follows an approach that harmoniously integrates with the natural landscape, resembling a cave that blends into its surroundings. Its concave-convex structure has been carefully conceived to camouflage within the surrounding landscape, demonstrating that it does not compete with nature but rather integrates with it in a gentle and discreet manner.
