Mathews Memorial Church is a free-standing five story structure over one level of parking, currently located on a prominent hillside overlooking Suitland Parkway.  PGN has helped the church and it's development partner, The Community Builders realize its vision to revitalize the Anacostia neighborhood.The project will provide 99 housing units including senior and affordable housing, comprising a total of 111,200 sf of building area.  A three-story community building will be constructed adjacent and connected by an inviting courtyard.Estimated Construction Cost - $15,000,000
