The building is an atypical example of Masseria, due to the plan in linear form which differs from the traditional “court yard" shape. Through a historical analysis it is observed as consisting of three distinct building elements, each of which date back to a different historical period. The intervention has pointed out this historical continuity, restoring an old part preservation Trulli, rationalizing the old part mansion house Casale and incorporating the most recent part based on present needs and in a contemporary architectural language.
The complex of Masseria and Trulli has been restored with a modern program using natural materials and traditional construction solutions, integrated into wonderful scenery so it refers to its natural wealth and ethnological heritage.
