Located a few kilometres from Monopoli, along the Costa dei Trulli, this private villa reinterprets the traditional Puglian masseria through a contemporary and measured design language.
Surrounded by olive trees and deeply connected to the landscape, the residence is conceived as a place of calm, hospitality and everyday living. The project works with the identity of the territory, combining local references, natural materials and a refined sense of proportion.
The executive architectural project was developed by architect Giovanni Musa, while Studiolo 1844 followed the artistic direction, interior design, outdoor areas and project management.
Inside, the villa is defined by a neutral and natural palette. Large living spaces, soft light and carefully selected furnishings create an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed. The interiors are designed to welcome family life and guests, balancing convivial areas with more private rooms.
Materials play a central role in the project. Tuff stone walls, Trani stone flooring, natural textures and light surfaces create continuity between the architecture and the surrounding landscape. The result is a home that feels rooted in Puglia while expressing a contemporary way of living.
The outdoor areas extend the domestic experience into the garden. Terraces, shaded dining spaces, relaxation areas and the swimming pool are conceived as part of the same residential narrative, immersed in the quiet presence of the olive grove.
Studiolo 1844’s contribution focused on creating a coherent living experience, guiding interiors, outdoor living and project coordination with continuity, sensitivity and precision.
The villa was featured in Ville&Casali in an editorial story dedicated to contemporary living in the Puglian landscape.
